The Diamond Jewelry Factory: Special Events

This private party held after hours at The Diamond Jewelry Factory was an exclusive event where select designers were invited to showcase some of their latest and greatest pieces of fine jewelry. The ladies were invited to have some fun and try on any and every piece. Walter Cunningham, Apollo 7 Astronaut, and his beautiful wife Dot were special guests. Walt offered autographed copies of his latest book "The All American Boys".

Themed "A Night from Paris", this successful event showcased designer Gay Freres from Paris. This designer exclusive to The Diamond Jewelry Factory in Houston brought in many of their most beautiful pieces to be admired and tried on by the ladies. French wine was enjoyed and "Wish List" cards were filled out by those in attendance. An additional special guest, Mr. December, the Make-A-Wish/Warner Cable calendar man was invited to help sell and autograph calendars benefitting the Make-A-Wish Foundation.

Trying on glamorous jewelry while sharing the excitement with friends is what "Ladies Night Out 2005" was all about. A harpist serenaded the ladies to set the mood for this fun filled evening. The Diamond Jewelry Factory invited a fabulous new designer/creator to showcase his "Colours of the World" collection. Who says all jewelry has to be white and yellow? This designer creates 18 kt. jewelry in black gold, rose gold, cobalt blue gold, red wine gold and many more colors. A great time was had by all!
